amazing stay with fantastic service!

Adam, the concierge, was very cute. the reception lady was lovely! the room was excellent. It was very well appointed. the view of the castle was unhindered. i also booked the onespa experience with the hydrotherapy rooftop pool, amazing!!! lots of different saunas and steam rooms were available. the swimming pool by the rooftop one.
the control panel for the heating and air conditioning was in a shaded corner and difficult to see.

the hotel was in a great location, giving access to trams, buses and walking routes around the city. you can reach the other end of the royal mile in about 30 minutes walking. it's very central!!!

I had lounge access and used it for breakfast, coffee during the day, and drinks and snacks in the evening. rose, olivia and ilina served us. They were very polite and professional at their work. breakfast offered a wide range of items to choose from.

The room was serviced, and bedding was turned down in the evening. Such a lovely touch!!! the room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. it was dark and very quiet even though lothian road is in close proximity.

the room offered quiet surroundings that helped me relax. it had lots of surfaces for placing my belongings. i found plenty of chairs available and windows allowed fresh air to flow through the space .

the location allowed easy walks to many main attractions! this made seeing the sights convenient! the hotel's location is very convenient for getting around to various places of interest without much hassle.

The room was spacious and modern. It had a view over the square. I also enjoyed the pool area and sauna. It was quiet and clean.
The breakfast was not good. I could tell the food had been under a warmer. Outside the hotel at the front was a bit rough with cig stumps and the flower beds were full of weeds.
